"Excellent service. Called them Monday morning at 10am regarding a faulty oven fan element. They gave me an exact quote over the phone and by 11am they had turned up at my flat. By 12noon they had completed the job (which included a 12-month warranty)and then rang me a couple of days later to make sure that everything was OK. "I contacted cooker solutions when I had trouble with my Bosch oven. I was contacted back within an hour to organise a time for the specialist to come and check my problem. I was informed of all the terms/costs before hand, so I knew where I stood. After the problem was identified I was given the estimated cost and they would order the part needed.
